You have to be 18 or over. If you are not, get out. There is no check at the gate, so this one is on you.

You pick a name and a towel colour and you are in. No email, no password. The name is yours while you are in the water; it is not reserved.

The park is free. Three tubs stay free for good. Three will go behind the Park Pass, $8 a month, after the invite-only period. If you buy a pass you can cancel it any time and it runs out at the end of what you paid for.

What is said in a tub leaves the screen when the last person leaves. Nothing you said is shown to anyone later. A private copy of every line is kept off the floor so we can deal with abuse and keep the park safe. It is never surfaced in the product.

The park rules apply. No harassment, no threats, no posting other people's private details, nothing illegal. If you break them we can put you out and keep you out, without a refund.

If you get in an empty tub, the Rober is there. He is a computer. He will say so if you ask. Do not treat what he says as advice.

The Shack sells robes, towels and the rest. Checkout runs on Shopify, and their terms cover the sale. Buying the Robe includes a year of the paid tubs.

The park is provided as it is. It may close for the night, change, or go away. Other people say what they say; we do not stand behind it. We are not liable for anything that happens because you were here beyond what the law makes us liable for.

We can change these terms. When we do, the new ones are posted here and apply from then on.
